The Captain began his illustrious sailing career on a small lake in New England at the tender age of eight. A small row boat, rigged with a discarded broom handle and a bed sheet seemed to do the trick. But when you're only eight, that's quite a vessel.  As a teenager he sailed the coast of Maine in the summers. He later sailed in Rhode Island's Narragansett Bay. Captain Dan has had many, many years of experience. But knowing that he began to sail at the age of eight, he figures that if you're astute enough, you'll have no trouble guessing how long he's been on the water. With his knowledge of the British Virgins Islands and his easy going, fun loving personality , a week with Captain Dan will definitely be a memorable one.
